Perspective/Strategic Plan and Deployment

The college has a perspective plan for development. The college Janbhagidari Samiti, Planning and Evaluation Board and IQAC analyze, assess and chalk out plan for the overall growth of the institution. The following are the key plans of the institution:

·  To develop the infrastructure to fulfill the requirements as per future planning.
·  To commence PG courses in science and arts streams.
·  To improve library facilities including its automation and to develop it as a modern technologically well-equipped.
·  To make effective use of e-resources.
·  Automation of the office.
·  To develop an effective surveillance system
·  To upgrade the infrastructure all facilities, our future plan is to establish, smart/e- class rooms and seminar halls.
·  To establish a language laboratory.

Strategic Plan and Deployment

The college is committed to provide conducive environment for all academic activities and overall development of its students. This is being ensured:
·  By giving priority to academic merit in admissions
·  Appraisal  of  the  performance  of  the  students,  teachers  and administrative staff is done regularly.
·  Since students are influenced by our policies, their  involvement is also necessary. In various committees, the students are  invited as a members.
·  The feedback of students is taken. The Feedback Analysis committee reviews the feedback received from the students.
·  Quality advisory cell (QAC) and Internal Quality Assurance cell (IQAC) have been formed to frame the policy for the growth of students.
